Just got back from a week long backpacking trip through the mountains of Chengdu and Leshan. We were able to see the Wen Shu Temple and the Great Buddha in Leshan amongst other sacred locales. Here are a few flicks from Chengdu.

I never realized how beautiful hotpot was until I was laying it over a photo. The landscape is a botanical garden in Hongyadong. This spicy Szechuan dish may burn going down and coming out, but if I can say so myself tis a tad bit irie.
